At GrowEIT, client satisfaction is our top priority. However, since we provide digital services, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund if the project is canceled before any work has begun.
• Partial refund (based on work completed) if canceled mid-project.
• No refunds for completed or delivered work.
• No refunds on paid ad budgets (Meta or Google Ads).

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at groweitmarketing@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Any service that has started will be billed proportionately.
